The barter puzzle

                      The barter puzzle is a game that is filled with many attractive features and strategies. When we do an activity as a team , strategies are very important to do that work successfully. As I told above game is very valuable to improve our life strategies. 

What is the barter puzzle ?

                    It is a team activity that is filled with curiosity. There were four teams and each team had around seven members. There were four big pictures and they had cut into same small pieces. They were in four bags. The problem is some pieces mixed with other pieces. We have to find them ourselves.Each group got a puzzle bag and we had to create the picture immediately.  

                                      

          When we were doing that we got many good point and we identified some issues.    

What are the important points of the barter puzzle ?

                     We got many attractive features from that activity. Definitely they will be important for our lives. Some of the important point are as follows ;

• Team bond - We could develop our team bond while were doing that activity. We got all the ideas of the team members to build that puzzle. They gave different ideas and all the members gave their fully support to create our puzzle.

                                   

• Thinking ability - When we were going to start the making puzzle we couldn't identify the pieces that to be matched. So we had to think as intelligent persons. 

• Creativity - That is a main thing that we got from the activity. Every human beings who are living in the earth should be creative to go ahead. Likewise we did the activity with a creative mind.

• Time management  -  Another important one is time management. We had to manage our time to finish the activity. So time management was affected mostly.

                                  


What are the drawbacks ?

                       When we were doing that game we identified some drawbacks . Some of them are as follows ;

• Containment - Every teams tried to be first. But we should improve our containment to achieved our goals. That is very important. The team who performed containment is the winning team as I think. As I identified all the teams should be charitable.
• Honour to the team - The team leader should honour to the team members. Then their ideas would be very valuable for decision making. 

                    Finally I have to say that we enjoyed the barter puzzle game. The credits goes to Miss. Sarasi Senadeera . Thank you very much for organizing that kind of events.
